While our Plant-EE® Pot trials are carefully set up to give each seedling the same care, from watering to soil mix, nature has a way of adding its own variables. Even in a precisely managed setup, no two seedlings experience exactly the same conditions.
Some receive full sun from dawn to dusk, while others spend part of the day in shade from nearby trees or structures. These small differences in light exposure can lead to subtle but important variations in growth. Sun-exposed seedlings may grow taller and sturdier, while partially shaded ones might develop broader leaves or slower, more compact growth.
By observing these natural variations, we gain a deeper understanding of how young trees adapt and provide insights that help us make informed choices when planting them in the field. Even in a controlled environment, nature still has the final say.
Stay tuned as more is to come! 🌱
