Summer Recap: Review of Our Plant-EE® Pots ☀️🌱

Earlier this summer, we set out to see how our Plant-EE® Pots and seedlings would hold up during the hottest part of the year. Long days, strong sun, and warm afternoons put both the seedlings and pots to the test, and now we are happy to share some photo progressions over the 2025 growing season to get the full story.

The seedlings were transplanted into our propagation Plant-EE® Pots in early spring where they were able to grow and develop their shoot and root system for 10-weeks in the greenhouse. Afterwards, they were transplanted into our larger 1 gallon Plant-EE® Pots to test the plantability of our propagation product and assess their amenability to tree roots. 

As we move into fall, many of these seedlings will be planted in the ground. What we’ve learned this summer will help guide how we use Plant-EE® Pots in future growing seasons and field plantings.
